Project visit in Greece

This time project participants took a part in a project meeting held in Athens. The best place to learn about culture and history of ancient Greece.

The hosts did really well job by showing us all the most important monuments of the Acropolis, ancient ‘Agora’ as well as other impressive places such as streets and squares. We had also a chance to visit the most important modern museums.

We had a great opportunity to visit Greek Parliament and see Greek ministers during their work . We were officially greeted by the ministers.

Tasting Greek traditional dishes was also a great experience for all the participants.

Visit to the partner school was really interesting. Even though the school is small but it gathers very active and hard-working teachers, parents and children. The way of its functioning seems to be very innovative.

Greek partners prepared very interesting artistic program. Pupils danced and played musical instruments . We also had a chance to meet the Mayor of the district. During the meeting we watched the multimedia presentation as well as the folk dances.

The subject of the workshops was also a characteristic feature of partner countries – the legends.

Four Polish legends were prepared by Ewa Michałek which were presented during the meeting.

The coordinators took part in a meeting devoted to organization and coordination of the project.
