Mairena del Aljarafe

In May we had a chance to attend the next of planned project meetings. This time the meeting took place in the Spanish school in the town Mairena del Aljarafe.

During the visit we attended many meetings and workshops organized by our hosts.

Meeting participant were able to acquaintance the Spanish culture, taste traditional local dishes prepared by the parents and take active part in lessons and archeological and ceramic workshops.

Teachers and pupils of our partner school presented their school and educational system.

They have shown very spectacular artistic program including local music and dances. Traditional local costumes were also presented.

Representatives of each country had a chance to depict the brochure they had prepared which included local tourist attractions. The brochure was distributed among the participants.

Thanks to the publication prepared by the Spanish team we had an opportunity to learn about the history of the region, their local monuments and the customs connected with the region of Andalusia as well.
